Щастливи сме, че съвсем скоро при нас се завърна един от най-обичаните ни преподаватели – Борислава Раленкова. Тя ще ни разкаже за нейното италианско приключение, което направи целия ни екип изключително горд.

1. Какво е да преподаваш английски език със сугестопедия в Италия? Как се подготви за курса?

Да преподаваш английски език на порастнали вече хора, само по себе си е предизвикателство. Да преподаваш английски език по сугестопедичен начин е изпитание за всеки преподавател. Да преподаваш английски език по сугестопедичен начин в чужда държава е и предизвикателство, и изпитание, и чест, и гордост, и огромна отговорност!

Да представя метода Сугестопедия на място, където той бе напълно непознат, беше задача не лека, която, след първоначалната еуфория от една сбъдната моя мечта, приех със съзнанието за голямата отговорност, която тя носи. През цялото време образът на Доктор Лозанов беше в ума ми. Длъжна бях да представя делото му по достоен начин. Фактът, че щях да бъда „лицето” на Сугестопедията в чужбина, ме правеше отговорна и пред хората, гласували ми това доверие. Подготовката за курса ми отне почти година ежедневна работа, включваща превод на сугестопедичния учебник, подготовка на учебните материали и прецизна разработка на курса по дни и минути до най-дребния детайл. Значителна част от подготовката отне изграждането на разработките според особеностите на италианския манталитет и култура, както и представянето на граматиката по начин, лесен за разбиране предвид италианския изказ и синтаксис. Когато всичко беше готово, тръгнах по този незнаен път с голяма доза страх и със сърце, изпълнено с любов. Без нея всичко друго би изгубило смисъл. Тя беше силата, която противодейства на страха от неизвестното. Имах нужда да напусна зоната си на комфорт и да отправя предизвикателство към самата себе си. Любовта ми помогна да се справя.

2. Отворени ли са италианците към метода? Беше ли предизвикателство за теб?

Моите италиански курсисти започнаха курса с огромно любопитство и интерес, резултат от представянето на метода, което направихме заедно с моя колега Крум Георгиев. Що се отнася до предизвикателството, то беше мой постоянен спътник през цялото време. Представете си как пристига някой от Бурунди например, за да ви преподава английски по някакъв незнаен бурундски метод! Как бихте реагирали? Именно от това ниво започна всичко. И това ако не е предизвикателство!…

3. Имаш близо 70 курса като сугестопедагог, различават ли се италианските ти ученици от тези в България?

Различават се. По темперамент, по начин на мислене, по начина, по който възприемат света и по който се отнасят с хората… все неща, характерни за нацията като цяло. Нация, която пази и уважава ценности като възпитание, образование, уважение, култура, семейство и религия няма как да не се отличава. Освен това, прави впечатление колко освободени от предразсъдъци са хората там. Едни такива обикновени необикновени хора! За шест седмичния си престой в Италия не срещнах човек, който да е намръщен, или който да демонстрира величието си, или който да парадира с възможностите и служебната си позиция… Всички пеят, танцуват, общуват, шегуват се с такава лекота и радост, с каквато би трябвало да го правят хората навсякъде по света, щастливи дори само от факта, че са живи! В това има толкова красота! И говорят! Говорят на английски без да се притесняват, че ще сгрешат, важното е да изразят себе си. С думи, с жестове, с усмивка, те успяват да предадат посланието. Затвореността на българина му пречи много.

4. Ще има ли и други сугестопедични курсове в Италия?

Надявам се. Пътечката е проправена, вече имам много приятели и познати там, които нямат търпение да преживеят това приключение, наречено „курс по английски”. Самите ми курсисти биха искали да подарят на своите приятели и семейства това сугестопедично преживяване. Още повече, че всички те останаха удивени от големия напредък , който постигнаха в езика за пет седмици. Освен това, имаме и подкрепа на най-високо ниво в града.

5. Кой е най-специалният момент от преживяването ти в Южна Италия? Какво те впечатли най-много?

От първия до последния миг всичко беше специално. Всичко! Самата причина, по която се озовах в Италия, беше специална! Специално беше и това, че там научих много неща за себе си – един голям житейски урок. Впечатлена съм от това как хората умеят да живеят щастливо с малко и простички неща. Впечатлена съм от красотата, която те заобикаля на всички нива – природа, архитектура, отношения…Впечатлена съм от искреността, неподправената дружелюбност и скромността на хората. Най-специални за мен остават любовта и приятелството, които ме свързват с тях.
