След като вече ви срещнахме с вдъхновителя ни all’Italiano Крум Георгиев и най-духовития и всестранно развит сугестопедагог по испански език – Николай Донков, можем само да продължим силната линия като ви запознаем с Росен Кукошаров.

Росен Кукошаров, сугестопедагог с английски език. Преподава в център по класическа сугестопедия „Алегро виваче“. Той се среща с учителството още като студент по английска филология в Пловдивски университет. След това практиката му минава през много Частни школи и средни училища, докато „провидението не го среща със сугестопедията“. Това което наистина го приближава към преживяването Сугестопедия е неговият професионален музикален опит. Росен е вокалист на група и силно свързан с музиката, а музикантът, подобно на сугестопедагога трябва да “използва ума си и да следва сърцето си”.

Моята връзка със сугестопедията беше музиката. Мой приятел саксофонист осъществи връзката между мен и Г-н Натов, който създаде центъра „Алегро виваче.”

Как се промени работата ви след като станахте сугестопедагог? Резултатите от този начин на преподаване във вашата лична практика?

Фундаментално и Безвъзвратно! Тя няма почти нищо общо като подход с работата в ортодоксалната образователна система. Една от основните цели на сугестопедията е да премахне сугестивните норми и обучителните травми, да създаде среда на безрезервно търпение и подкрепа и да подсигури учащият се, да му даде свобода. Свързаността на глобалното с частта и обратно в контекста на учебния материал, също така правилното пропорционално разпределение на различните части на сугестопедичния процес, така нареченото, „златно сечение” , както и многократно увеличения материал, дават възможност на сугестопедагога да използва всяка ситуация всеки обект, всяко взаимодействие в обучителен процес. Аз самият работя предимно с напреднали групи, където хората идват с добри знания, но понякога трудно употребяват езика разговорно. Обикновено в края на курса хората значително надграждат лексика, поправят някои граматически структури, започват да говорят свободно, изразяват чувството си за хумор на чуждия език. Но това което наистина е впечатляващо за мен, е как в края на курса хората са по-уравновесени, бих казал смирени, усмихнати и по-уверени в себе си.

Защо харесвате работата си на преподавател?

В началото мислех, че не харесвам преподавателската професия и че сугестопедията е единствения и облик, в който откривам мястото си, но истината е май , че преподаването ми харесва, защото всъщност обучителната практика трябва да бъде сугестопедична. За щастие сугестопедията е и много повече и може би точно това, че позволява на курсистите и преподавателя да бъдат много повече ме притегли към тази наука.

Кои са най-силните плюсове на този метод спрямо традиционната педагогика или останалите методи на преподаване?

Резултатите са от 3 до 5 пъти по-обемни и трайни, от колкото при стандартния метод. Психохигиеничния ефект от курсовете. Ученето в приятна, приятелска среда без умора, домашна работа в радостна атмосфера и изкуство.

Кое е най-важното нещо, на което искате да научите своите курсисти?

Да вярват в себе си и да се доверяват на инстинктите си, и английски разбира се! 🙂
