Радмила завършва английска филология в Пловдивски университет „Паисий Хилендарски“ и още докато учи започва да преподава на малки деца и тийнейджъри. По това време осъзнава, че образователната система има нужда от промяна и спешно „лечение“ с хуманни средства. И отдава няколко години от живота си на каузата ученето да е приятно занимание за всички – поне в нейните часове.
След като за няколко години се отдава изцяло на друга своя страст – писането и лайфстайл медиите – Радмила се връща към преподаването през 2014 г., когато открива, че проблемите в образователната система не са нещо, което е загърбила, а наследство, което е оставила на децата си. Тя се обучава за сугестопедагог през февруари 2014 г. в майсторския клас на Ангелина Караславова към Център по класическа сугестопедия „Алегро Виваче“.
Мечтата на Радмила е всеки един урок да е „златен век“ – както сина й нарича забавните дни в училище. Сугестопедията я спечелва от пръв поглед – заради свободата, която дава на всеки един, докоснал се до нея, заради възможността да разкрие скритите резерви на човека, да отключи креативното начало и да даде вяра на всеки един в собствената му сила. И всичко това в среда на любов и толерантност под акомпанимента на класическото изкуство.
Отговаря на името Robyn Springblossom и на следващите шест въпроса.

За себе си знам, че съм създадена в деня, в който вселенските сили са били в добро настроение, имали са творчески порив и са се наслаждавали на естествения поток на енергиите. Със сигурност това не е моментът, в който са измислени точните науки, екселските таблици и квантовата физика.
Завършила съм английска филология и още като студентка започнах да преподавам на малки деца и младежи – в държавното образование и в различни частни центрове.
След това за няколко години се бях отдала изцяло на писането и на медиите за жени и родители.
А когато и като майка и се сблъсках отново с държавното образование (натъртвам особено на „сблъсках“ J), почувствах необходимост да стана част от добрата промяна в тази сфера. И ето ме тук.
Защо искаш да бъдеш учител?
Защото смятам, че не мога да имам усещането за пълноценност в живота си, ако не служа на добра кауза, свързана с хората. За мен това означава най-вече за хората, които сега започват пътешествието си тук при нас на Земята – най-малките. В тях енергията е най-силна, най-чиста и най-вдъхновяваща и бих искала да съм там, при тях, за да им покажа, че тук те са добре дошли, обичани и очаквани.
Защо избра сугестопедията?
Защото сугестопедията е начинът на да направя всичко това: да давам и да получавам любов, да показвам свободата и да откривам своята, да вярвам и вдъхвам вяра в неограничените ни възможности.
На кой от седемте принципа на сугестопедията държиш най-много? Защо?
Любов, свобода, вяра – това е вдъхновяващата сплав за мен.
Проф.Лозанов винаги е отбелязвал, че в сугестопедията едновременно се разкриват резервите на учител и ученици. Какво в себе си искаш да развиеш в работата си като сугестопедагог?
Да се развиеш като сугестопед всъщност означава да се развиеш като човек и като личност. Да надграждаме всеки ден с малки стъпки, това, което сме и да поставяме малки начала всеки ден с всяка стъпка, която правим.
Най – ценният урок, който искаш да предадеш на учениците си е…?
Аз като че ли не се чувствам в позицията на учител, който преподава уроци. По-скоро усещам мястото си като една от хората, с които съм тук и сега. Бих искала да стана част от общия обмен на енергия и опит и ако съм в основата на промяна, тя да бъде положителна и вдъхновяваща.
