Емилия Станева е преподавател и преводач с над 15 – годишен опит. През годините натрупан стаж в различни браншове най-голямо удовлетворение й носи работата с хора. Пътищата й със сугестопедията се пресичат за втори път и тя става част от екипа на „Алегро Виваче“.  Сега срещата явно е много по-пленителна, защото този път, без колебание, Еми тръгва по пътя на сугестопедичния метод … сякаш в потвърждение на сентенцията: „Когато ученикът е готов, се намира и учителят”. Задаваме й любимите си въпроси от рубриката „Искрено и сугестопедично“.

Как открихте сугестопедията? Как решихте да я превърнете в част от своята работа като преподавател?

Тя ме откри, когато очевидно бях готова да уча и да променя ежедневието си. До преди една година не работех като преподавател, въпреки че съм филолог и работех с езика. Бях чувала за метода и дори преподавах по някаква негова разновидност още по време на следването си. Затова много бързо се запалих още след първите дни на обучението ми за сугестопедагог. Хората, които срещнах, ме вдъхновиха най-много.

Как се промени работата ви след като станахте сугестопедагог? Резултатите от този начин на преподаване във вашата лична практика?

Сугестопедията промени ежедневието ми и по този начин всъщност живота ми. Сега се чуствам вдъхновена и удовлетворена от работата си, от резултатите, които са налице още след 5 седмици, щастлива от срещите ми с невероятни хора. Няма нищо по-хибаво от това да видиш един доволен от себе си и резултатите човек.
Кои са най-силните плюсове на този метод спрямо традиционната педагогика или останалите методи на преподаване?

Най-голямото преимущество на метода е, че притеснението за разговор бързо отпада и хората общуват на езика независимо от нивото на владеенето му. Те заобичват този език и излизайки от курса имат мотивация да продължат да го учат. Освен това те са заинтригувани от музиката и културата на страната. Най-голяма заслуга за това има атмосферата на непринуденост, взаимна любов и приемане на различията. Ненадминато предимство на метода е ученето без насилие над личността, залагайки изцяло на свободния избор и творчество на хората. Вследствие на това, те си тръгват не изморени, а заредени.

Кое е най-важното нещо, на което искате да научите своите курсисти?

На търпение и да приемат себе си и околните такива, каквито са. Те виждат, че могат и че води до невероятна магия, завихряща всички и всичко.
