Драгомир Маринов Сугестопед в център „Алегро Виваче“. Учил е история на изкуствата, етномузикология, театър и творческо писане в Ню Йорк. Има 14-годишен преподавателски стаж и е убеден, че всичко научено трябва да се предава. Преподава Публична реч в специалност Английска филология в СУ.

Какво ви отведе при сугестопедията?

Винаги съм искал да бъда учител, още от детската градина, в която четях приказки на другите деца. Преподавал съм актьорско майсторство, история на съвременното изкуство, публична реч и, разбира се, английски на хора на всякаква възраст и житейска пътека. Сугестопедията беше просто логичната следваща стъпка в моето развитие като учител. Будистите казват: „Когато ученикът е готов, учителят идва“. Е, сугестопедията дойде в живота ми съвсем естествено и в точния момент. Като всичко.

Какво отличава сугестопедията от конвенционалните методи за изучаване на чужди езици?

Органична е – сугестопедията учи по един естествен, човешки начин, и отчита елементарния факт, че хората се учим първо да говорим, а след това да пишем. Конвенционалните методи интелектуализират учебния процес – всичко минава през главата. Сугестопедията работи на по-дълбоко ниво, на нивото на сърцето и на инстинктивното учене. Любов към езика, любов към хората, и създаването на среда, в която учениците имат свободата да изследват и освободят потенциала си. Думата education произлиза от латинския глагол educere, чието основно значение е „да изведеш навън“. Образованието не е наливане на нещо отвън-навътре; то е процес на разцъфтяване на огромния вътрешен потенциал на човека и проявяването му. В този смисъл, сугестопедът е акушер на този процес, добър спътник и другар по пътя, а не авторитет, който налива знание.

Как се обучава един преподавател – сугестопед?

Всеки сугестопед преминава обучение при преподаватели, които са сътрудничили на проф. Георги Лозанов, основа- теля на сугестопедията. Обучението включва както историята на метода, принципните и методологични основи, на който той почива, така и практическа работа, свързана с конкретното провеждане на сугестопедични занятия, с фокус върху всеки елемент от процеса. Много хора мислят, че е магия и ще проговорят изведнъж, без усилие.

Какво е усилието, което всеки курсист трябва сам да полага?

Нещата стават не с усилие, а с внимание и присъствие. Това, което учениците е добре да направят, е да се освободят от идеята за краен резултат. Парадоксално, точно тогава идва желаният прогрес. Това, което също е препоръчително, е да четат материала от урока преди лягане и след събуждане. Това е важно. Сугестопедията не е магия, но също не е труд. Сугестопедия означава да учиш с кунг-фу. А кунг-фу означава присъствие, внимание, умение, стил, мерак. Сякаш мозъкът ни учи и запомня, когато му е интересно.

Как провокирате интерес у курсистите си?

На първо място, на мен самите ми курсисти са ми много интересни, без изключение. И това любопитство, това мое вълнение по някакъв начин се предава и на тях. Второ, разказвам интригуващи истории и задавам провокиращи въпроси. Трето, процесът е много динамичен, с чести смени на игрите, които играем. Четвърто, старая се движещата сила на урока да са учениците ми, а не аз. Метафорично казано, топката е по-често у тях, те са активни участници през цялото време. Пето, следя какво се случва с всеки един от тях през цялото време, и ако усетя, че някой губи концентрация или интерес, действам веднага.

Опишете ни един ваш урок!

Всеки ден пеем песни, движим се, правим физически упражнения, водим дискусии на разнообразни теми. Творим с ръцете и умовете си. Аз лично обичам да ползвам упражнения, които зная от актьорското си образование. Адаптирани за учебния процес, те стимулират въображението, концентрацията и развиват доверие между хората. Доверието е изключително важно – между всички нас, в класната стая. Целим учениците ни да се чувстват комфортно в кожата си, дори когато правят и обсъждат неща за първи път в живота си.

Какви са другите ви страсти и интереси извън сугестопедията?

Пиша, рисувам, обожавам театъра както като актьор, така и като зри- тел. Пея при всяка възможност. Също обичам бойните изкуства, тичането на дълги разстояния и безцелните разходки.

Кое е последното нещо, което научихте сам?

Да се шляя без цел и посока. Да се разхождам напълно потопен в момента и да обръщам внимание на всичко, фотографирайки живота с очи. Днешно време, когато се движим, все отиваме някъде, все имаме дестинация. Особено в западния свят се поставя огромен фокус върху целеполагането. Аз пък мисля, че е много важно за щастието и свободата ни да може да правим нещо просто ей така – както го правят децата. Да дадем на ума и сърцето си празно пространство, в което да поиграят. Ето това уча напоследък, посредством шляенето. Кучето ми е добър другар и учител в това.

Какво ви вълнува напоследък?

Темата за смъртта, като катализатор на живота. Хората избягват да говорят за смъртта; мисля, че това е голям про-пуск, защото колкото повече избягваш един проблем, толкова повече той расте в съзнанието ти. Смъртността е това, което ни прави живи, вероятността да умрем всеки момент ни тласка да грабим от живота с пълни шепи. Ако бяхме безсмъртни, не зная дали бихме станали от леглото сутрин.
